Barbell Bench Press
70KG x 10
80KG x 8
90KG x 6
100KG x 4
110KG x 2
Resting 90-120 seconds in between each sets.
Note: I'm coming back to heavy lifting as I don't do this very often, gotta change things once awhile breaking body adaptation for further growth!
Did 5 intensive sets of Incline Barbell Bench before this exercise, it is all good because my nutrition intake was on the top notch this month, I'm recovering faster than ever! I am at 10 KG behind my PR, will definitely break 120KG 2 weeks later!
